Dr. Pawan Kumar Ojha is a leading neurologist in India, internationally trained in Stroke at the University of Calgary, Canada (2010). He established the first Stroke Unit in Navi Mumbai and pioneered the use of TMS therapy for neuro-rehabilitation and stroke recovery in the country.
He has also trained at Stanford University, USA, in headache, vertigo, and neuro-intervention, and has special expertise in treating headache, migraine, vertigo, imbalance, and epilepsy. Dr. Pawan Ojha is widely published in national and international journals, has authored and edited medical textbooks, and led ICMR-funded clinical studies.
He currently serves as President of the Association of Neurological Clinical Research and the Mumbai Stroke Society, and is an Executive Committee Member of the Indian Stroke Association. A passionate teacher, he trains neurologists at a leading government medical college and is India's lead assessor for stroke-center accreditation.
