We are partnered with a wide network of leading health insurance companies and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to provide cashless and reimbursement options. For the most recent list of partners, please refer to our Insurance Partners section or contact our Insurance team Helpdesk.
Insurance and TPA services help patients utilize their health insurance benefits for treatments. The team assists in verifying coverage, coordinating with the insurance provider, and managing all required documents for a smooth approval and discharge process.
For cashless treatment, the patient or their attendant must present a valid health insurance card, photo ID proof, and fill out a pre-authorization request form. Our insurance team will coordinate with your insurer or TPA for approval. Once approved, you can proceed with treatment without upfront payment, subject to policy terms.
You can refer to the list of empaneled insurance and TPA partners available on the Insurance & TPA page. You may also contact our Insurance Helpdesk or share your policy details for quick eligibility verification before admission.
Typically, patients need to provide a valid health insurance card or policy copy, government-issued ID, a doctor’s recommendation for admission, and completed insurance forms. Your insurer or TPA may request additional documents during or after hospitalization.
If cashless approval is denied or only partially approved, you can still continue treatment by opting for reimbursement. Our team will assist you with the necessary discharge summaries, bills, and documents needed for your claim.
In such cases, you must pay the bill at discharge and later submit a reimbursement claim to your insurer by providing medical records, bills, and discharge summaries. Our team will assist in providing all necessary documentation.
