18 years old boy suddenly had a bulging over right eye , it has progressed to bleeding from the eye and diminished vision.

He visited many neurologists and opthalmologists but he did not get any relief , later he visited to our hospital and got admitted under Dr Dalai Interventional neuroradiologist.

On evaluation patient diagnosed to have Large Venous Malformation in the right retroorbital space .

Patient was admitted in the hospital for one week and embolization done for two times after carefully evaluating the cerebral angiogram by super selective method. After embolization the patient bulging has come down more than 70% , bleeding stopped and vision improved by over 75%
