Doctors at Medicover Women and Child Hospitals proved that COVID-19 is not a barrier to normal delivery by facilitating normal delivery to a pregnant woman suffering from Corona.

Dr. S V Lakshmi, Senior Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist with her team at Medicover Women and Child Hospitals took up the case and accomplished success ensuring normal delivery to a pregnant woman suffering from corona and while keeping both mother and the baby safe.

In such complicated cases, conventionally cesareans are performed considering the normal deliveries to be risky, but Dr. Lakshmi went ahead and successfully performed a normal delivery.
