What is Drotin?
This Tablet is an antispasmodic medicine. It is used to treat menstrual pain and abdominal pain. It relieves pain due to smooth muscle spasms, such as menstrual pain, kidney stone pain, biliary stone pain, and gastrointestinal colic pain.
This Tablets can be taken with or without food, but for best results, take them at the same time every day. What you take it for determines the dosage and frequency at which you take it. Your doctor will determine how much improvement you need. You should take this medication for the whole time that it has been prescribed for you.
Nausea, vomiting, and mouth dryness are the most common side effects of this medication. Let your doctor know if these bother you or seem to be dangerous. It's possible that they can be reduced or prevented. It can also cause you to feel dizzy as a result of low blood pressure, if this occurs, drive carefully.
If you have ever had serious heart failure, blood pressure problems, or liver or kidney disease, notify your doctor before taking this drug. How to use the Drotin Tablet?
Take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor with the correct dose and duration of time that is recommended by your doctor. Swallow it down as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it down. Drotin Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is best to take it at a fixed time.
It's always recommended to take the whole tablet. The tablet shall not be chewed, diluted, or crushed. This is best administered with water. Even if it can be taken before or after a meal, it is best to take it at a fixed time for faster effect and increased efficacy.
Drinking alcohol should be avoided during the dosing period. It is recommended that pregnant women consult their gynecologists about the use of this medicine. Patients with kidneys and liver must seek advice from their doctor before using this medicine.
Drotin Side Effects
Precautions
- This a tablet may increase your risk of a fatal heart attack or stroke. So if you have had any recent cardiac surgery, do not use Tablet.
- Do not take tablet if you are allergic to Drotin A Tablet, have severe heart failure, have bleeding problems such as stomach or intestine bleeding while taking any pain killer, or have problems with your liver or kidneys. Tell your doctor if you have or have had high blood pressure, heart problems, high cholesterol, diabetes, asthma, liver and kidney problems before taking Drotin A Tablet.
- Do not take Drotin A Tablet if you are pregnant or breast-feeding unless prescribed. Whether you're pregnant or breastfeeding, don't take this tablet unless your doctor tells you to.
- Drotin A Tablet will make you drowsy and dizzy, so just drive if you are fully awake.
- Since the protection of the Drotin A Tablet has not been identified, it should not be given to children.
- Avoid drinking alcohol when taking Drotin A Tablet because it can cause drowsiness and increase the risk of stomach bleeding. If you have stomach pain or other symptoms of intestinal or stomach bleeding, such as blood in your stools, stop taking Drotin A Tablet and see your doctor right away.
- Unless otherwise directed, do not take any other NSAIDs (pain relievers) when taking Drotin A Tablet.

Dosage and administration
Drotin tablets should be administered to the patient in accordance with the instructions prescribed by the doctor. The dosage may vary with the severity of the condition prescribed for treatment. A few other factors that help decide the dose are the patient's BMI, the age of the patient, and other underlying health concerns.
Missed Dose
Patients should take the forgotten dose as soon as they remember it. It is advisable, however, not to take the missed dose if it is almost time for the next dose.
Overdose
Overdose may have serious side effects or drug toxicity and should therefore be avoided by taking an overdose. However, if an overdose is suspected, one must seek immediate medical attention.
