What is Colonoscopic Decompression

Colonoscopic decompression is a minimally invasive procedure used to relieve severe swelling or pressure in the colon. Conditions like acute colonic pseudo-obstruction (Ogilvie's syndrome) or colonic volvulus can cause this distension, which may become life-threatening if untreated.
