What is Colimex?
Colimex is a tablet that combines two medications: paracetamol and dicyclomine. It is an antispasmodic and pain-relieving medication. Colimex tablets are used to treat spasmodic pain caused by kidney or gallbladder stones, pain in the abdomen during or before menses, and intestinal blockage or obstruction. Colimex oral drops contain Dicycloverine and Simethicone, which are two different medicines. Dicycloverine relieves discomfort by relaxing the muscles of the gastrointestinal tract. Simethicone aids in the release of gas and relieves the pain associated with bloating and gas. Colimex drops are used to alleviate bloating and excess gas symptoms, as well as stomach and abdominal pain (cramps).

How to take Colimex?

Overdose
Overdosing can cause headaches, dizziness, nausea, dry mouth, swallowing difficulties, and dilated pupils. If you think you've taken more than the recommended dosage, call your doctor or go to the nearest hospital right away.
Missed Dose
If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you recall. If your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your daily schedule. To make up for a missed dose, do not take a double dose of medication. Do not take more than 20ml a day.
Storage
Direct contact with heat, air and light may damage your medicines. Exposure to medicine may cause some harmful effects. The medicine must be kept in a safe place and out of children’s reach. Mainly the drug should be kept at room temperature between 68ºF and 77ºF (20ºC and 25ºC).
