Cards purchased from unauthorized personnel are invalid
OTP Verification is must while availing the offer
Card can be Utilised after 10 days of registration
Applicable across all Medicover Hospitals in India
Valid till one year from the date of issue
Valid for the primary cardholder and up to 4 dependents
Pharmacy discounts apply only to OPD pharmacy stores
Not valid for individuals covered under CGHS / PSU / State / Central government schemes
The card is non-transferable; misuse will result in termination and potential legal action
Lost cards can be reissued for ₹100/-
Cannot be combined with other offers or promotions
OPD discounts apply only to in-house, full-time consultants
Health check-up discounts apply only to pre-listed Medicover packages

Medicover Hospitals reserves the right to amend or discontinue terms at any time
