He received advanced training in Pediatric Emergencies at the prestigious Institute of Child Health (ICH), MMC Chennai, and further specialized in Pediatric Intensive Care at RGUHS - Aster CMI, Bangalore. This advanced training enables him to confidently manage both routine childhood illnesses and life-threatening emergencies with the highest standards of care.

Dr. Nikhil is highly proficient in handling paediatric medical and surgical emergencies, including comprehensive intensive care management in Paediatric ICU settings. His expertise includes stabilisation and advanced life-support care for critically ill children, as well as the initiation and maintenance of mechanical ventilation.

He has extensive hands-on experience in performing critical and life-saving procedures such as central venous catheter (CVC) and PICC line insertion, haemodialysis catheter placement, lumbar puncture, and iliac crest bone marrow aspiration and biopsy. He is also proficient in ultrasound-guided procedures and the effective use of bedside ultrasound for emergency and ICU-based decision-making, enhancing diagnostic accuracy and patient safety.
