- Involved in starting 28-bedded NICU at Motherhood Hospitals and 25-bed NICU at Aster Women and Children's Hospital. With this experience, it's going to be easy to build and setup new NICU.
- Involved in recruiting Consultants, Associate Consultants, Senior Specialists, Specialists and Nurses for NICU with my networking.
- Involved in training nurses and doctors, preparing protocols for NICU, creating orientation videos for new nurses and doctors for both hospitals.
- Aster Women and Children's Hospital: 55 bed exclusively catering services for women and children's health with 25 bed Level 3B unit. Currently Head and Lead Consultant for neonatal services, taking various responsibilities from setting up team of 13 neonatologists and treating neonates.
- Motherhood Hospital: 28 bed neonatal unit with facilities for all forms of ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide and total body cooling. Managed successfully infants born beyond 23 weeks and above 480 gm. Many neonatal surgeries have been performed successfully.
- Chinmaya Mission Hospital: Multi-speciality hospital with 20 bed NICU catering to both perinatal and surgical cases in NICU.
- Institute of Child Health & Hospital for Children: One of highest delivery rates in the world (18,000 deliveries per year). Forty-five bedded Level 3B NICU. Well experienced with therapeutic hypothermia along with High Frequency Oscillation with Nitric Oxide therapy, surgical management and developmental assessment.
