What is Abilify?

  • Abilify is a prescription drug used to treat schizophrenia, bipolar disorder (manic depression), and major depressive disorder symptoms. The medication may be used on its own or in combination with other drugs. It is a psychiatric and antimanic medication.     Abilify Uses:

  • Abilify is used to treat certain mental/mood conditions (such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, Tourette's syndrome, and irritability associated with autistic disorder). It may also be used to treat depression in conjunction with other medications. This is an antipsychotic medication (atypical type).
