Eligibility Conditions to Avail Medicover Family Health Card

  • Valid for the primary cardholder and up to 4 dependents.
  • Pharmacy discounts apply only to OPD pharmacy stores.
  • Not valid for individuals covered under CGHS/PSU/state/central government schemes.
  • The card is non-transferable; misuse will result in termination and may lead to potential legal action.
  • Lost cards can be reissued for ₹100.
  • Discounts are not applicable for consumables, implants, or pharmacy during admissions.
  • Not valid at Outreach clinics or for temporary health packages.
  • After a baby is delivered at Medicover Hospital, the Medicover Family card can be given to the patient free of cost.
