• Dr. Lalitha conducted a live operative workshop on stress urinary incontinence surgery by the latest technique called tension-free vaginal tape for A.P. State Federation of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2005.
• Dr. Lalitha's main area of interest is female urology and urogynaecology, with a special focus on female urinary incontinence.
• She is one of the first few urogynecologists in South India to offer the latest surgical technique of the [mid-urethral sling] for female stress urinary incontinence.
