• Dr. Lalitha has conducted live operative workshop on stress urinary incontinence surgery by latest technique called tension free vaginal tape for A.P. State federation of obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2005
• Dr. Lalitha's main area of interest is female urology and urogynaecology with special focus on female urinary incontinence
• She is one of the first few urogynecologists in south india to offer the latest surgical technique of tvt [mid-urethral sling] for female stress urinary incontinence
