Importance of Covid-19 Vaccination

COVID-19 vaccine can protect your child from contracting the disease and spreading it to others. The vaccine may help your child from becoming very unwell or enduring short- or long-term consequences if he or she contracts the deadly disease. COVID-19 may put children with other health problems, such as obesity, diabetes, or asthma, at an increased risk of serious disease.
Each one of us has been profoundly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic threatening the long-term livelihoods and wellbeing of all our families. Children are not the direct face of this pandemic, but it has affected their childhood diffusely on various grounds as they couldn’t step out of their homes causing a lot of mental health repercussions. Grief, fear, uncertainty, social isolation, increased screen time, and parental fatigue have negatively affected the mental health of children.
Getting vaccinated against COVID-19 can also help your child stay in school and participate in sports and other group activities more safely.

We thank you all for the trust you have shown in us during adult COVID vaccination and we take this opportunity to request you to come forward in immunizing your children to battle this pandemic.
