Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued through the payment method used at the time of purchase, except for cash payments.
  • There won’t be refunds for any payments made using Medicover vouchers.
  • Refunds are not done towards third-party accounts.
  • The time frame for different payment modes is usually between 10–15 business days post the cancellation request has been received and verified by our customer support.
  • For NEFT transactions, we will need you to update the following information to enable us to process a refund to your account: Bank Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder’s Name, and Branch Name. Medicover Hospitals, Home Care Services will not be liable for any wrong inputs shared from your end.
  • Eligibility for Services – Services are provided only to individuals who are legally eligible to contract under the applicable laws of India.
